Same as saveInBatch, but a null nullable property is written as NULL — clearing the stored value (a tombstone) — instead of being left UNSET. The batch counterpart of KandraSuspendRepository.saveWithNulls, so a column can be cleared atomically with the other writes in this LOGGED BATCH. GH #189.
