Same as update, but a null nullable property is written as NULL — clearing the stored value (a tombstone) — instead of being left UNSET (unchanged). The update counterpart of saveWithNulls; lookup rows are maintained exactly as in update. GH #189.
Works for both shapes: on a @Version entity the version-checked UPDATE ... IF version = ? binds the null columns as NULL; otherwise the full-row INSERT does.
