healthCheck

When true, registers a /kandra/health route (and Ktor HealthCheck integration if available).

This route is unauthenticated by design — Kandra has no notion of application-level auth to gate it with — so if it's reachable outside a private network, put it behind network-level access control (e.g. only allow your orchestrator's internal probe network to reach it).
